Directions: I tablet per day, or as directed by a physician.
To be taken after food. |
Cautions: Intakes in excess of 2000mg per day may cause gastrointestinal disturbance in susceptible individuals and may also interfere with absorption of calcium and selenium.
Vitamin C facilitates the absorption of iron from the diet, therefore high doses should not be taken by those with iron overload syndromes such as thalasaemia and haematochromatosis.
High doses of Vitamin C should not be taken by those susceptible to kidney stones.
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product
This product is yeast, sugar and gluten free.
Suitable for vegetarians.
