| Directions: Take one capsule 3 times a day. Swallow the capsules with water during or after meals. For a therapeutic effect course should be taken for 3 months. |
| Cautions: Pil-Food is well tolerated and should not cause any unwanted side effects. However, occasional mild gastrointestinal irritations such as diarrhoea can occur caused by intolerance to millet. In these cases the dosage should be reduced. |
