Directions Of Use	Bath Add 250g Magnesium Mind Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Footbath Add 150g Magnesium Mind Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Precautions	For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
