BetterYou Magnesium Flakes for the bath contain a relaxing blend of magnesium chloride, rose geranium and bergamot to help ease tension and clear the mind for ultimate relaxation.

These magnesium flakes contain a highly concentrated form of Zechstein magnesium chloride which helps increase cellular magnesium levels when exposed to the skin. Magnesium chloride is fully soluble, so it can break its bond and travel into the pores, dermal layers, and bloodstream. For maximum absorption, it is recommended to take a magnesium rich bath twice or three times a week to maintain cellular levels.

Directions Of Use	Bath Add 250g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Footbath Add 150g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Precautions	Keep out of reach and sight of children. For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
Other ingredients	Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, pelargonium roseum (rose geranium) leaf oil, citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) peel oil, citronellol, limonene, linalool, geraniol.
