When traveling: Take 1 capsule daily one week before and during travel. Continue to take for at least 1 week following the end of travel. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Directions Of Use	Adults and children 12+: Take 1 capsule daily, with food. Children 3-11 years: We would suggest using the original Bio-Kult formulation.
Dosage	If taking antibiotics: Take 1 capsule daily, ideally at a different time of the day from the antibiotics. Continue taking for at least 2 weeks after completion of the antibiotic course.
Precautions	For allergens advice see the ingredients list in bold. Contains soy and milk used in the fermentation process. Content of milk is at a level that would not affect lactose intolerance sufferers.
