Each capsule provides approximately 4 times as much GLA (161mg) as a 500 mg capsule of EPO. Features Mega GLA Complex provides omega-6 series essential fatty acids. Each capsule provides approximately four times as much GLA as a 500mg capsule of Evening Primrose Oil, delivering approximately 161mg of GLA.
