Directions Of Use	The delicate aromas of Benzoin, Sandalwood, Chamomile and Frankincense soothe the mind and offer a respite from daily tensions. At the end of a hard day, use as a relaxing bath oil by adding a capful to warm running water to soothe your mind, body and soul. Use as a relaxing, pre-blended, massage oil. After showering or bathing massage into the skin to purify and redefine the contour of the skin. The blend absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving a soft silky feel and no oily residue. Massage 1 tablespoon into the scalp & hair to encourage comfort and nourishment. Aim to leave in the hair for at least half an hour then wash out thoroughly with a mild shampoo.
