This product contains the pure extract of a green lipped mussel, Perna canalicus, found only in the clear, unpolluted water surrounding New Zealand. It is taken by millions of people throughout the world. Directions Of Use	Up to 3 tablets daily. As a general rule, benefit is experienced 4-8 weeks after commencement.
