Directions Of Use	Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.
Dosage	Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 liters of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. 1kg of Magnesium Muscle Flakes contains 120g magnesium.
Precautions	For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
