Cardamon has a sweet, spicy and warming aroma. Like Clary sage it aids concentration and mental fatigue. It is also renowned as a digestive stimulant. Cardamom oil has the ability to relax, balance and promote a sense of calm when worried or tense.

Method of Extraction: The oil is distilled from the ripe fruit (seeds) of the herb.

Cardamom is a reed like herb which can grow to a height of up to 3 meters. It has oblong leaves and small yellow flowers. The pale yellow fruits contain the seeds.
