Try 2 drops of Elemi and 1 drop of Rose blended with 10ml of Evening Primrose or Borage oil. To ease the mind and soothe the senses at the end of a hectic day, blend 4 drops of Elemi and 3 drops of Bergamot with 10ml of Peach Kernel oil. Swirl this into a warm bath and lie back and let your thoughts go.
