Wellman® Original contains a comprehensive formulation of over 29 essential bio-elements. Wellman® has been specially developed for men who want to maintain optimum nutrition levels while training, who want to help support reproductive health, or help maintain general health and vitality in an otherwise hectic lifestyle. Wellman® represents a simple solution, an advanced one-a-day tablet, which unlike a general multivitamin, has been specifically formulated for men.

The Original Supplement for Men, Providing More than 100% RDA

Wellman® is different from a regular multivitamin as its formula has been optimised for men's health on the basis of international research evidence, so some nutrients are provided at levels above the Recommended Daily Allowance. While Wellman® provides a core source of all the major vitamins and minerals, it also provides more than 100% of certain nutrients, plus Siberian ginseng, Co-enzyme Q10 and amino acids.

For Sport & Exercise

Free radicals are generated during exercise through perspiration and exposure to sunlight. Antioxidants vitamin B2, C and E with minerals copper, selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense exercise.

Immune System

A healthy immune system is important for good health. Wellman® includes vitamins A, C, D, B6 and B12 with folic acid and copper which contribute to the normal function of the immune system plus bioflavonoids.

Reproductive Health

Wellman® provides zinc which contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. The formula also includes selenium which contributes to normal spermatogenesis. Since men lose an estimated 5 mg of zinc every time they ejaculate, a good intake of zinc is essential. Folate, iron, magnesium and vitamin B12 have a role in cell devision, plus vitamin A which has a role in the process of cell specialisation.

Scientific Formulation

Based on the latest scientific research, Wellman® has been developed by a team of experts led by the former Vitabiotics Chairman, Professor Arnold Beckett, who was a member of the Medical Commission of the International Olympic Committee for over 25 years. Wellman® is currently used in training by several professional sports men, including swimmer Mark Foster and England Cricket bowler James Anderson.
